Suspender (SP), length 90 mm, weight 10.4 grams, depth up to 0.8-1.2 m.
Medium-sized wobbler of neutral buoyancy of the minnow class for fishing in shallow water, over aquatic vegetation and along reed thickets.
Design Features: The DARTIST 90SP has a slightly humped profile that tapers towards the tail tee. The two-textured surface of the bait’s body, which has already become almost a classic: above the “side line” in the form of diamond-shaped notches imitating scales, and below the “side line” with oblique notches. The head part is made in the form of an imitation of the head of a small fish, with gill covers and glued-in 3D volumetric eyes. DARTIST 90SP is equipped with balance and long-casting systems. The balls of the balance system also perform the function of noise accompaniment during animation, tapping with each jerk of the wobbler. The DARTIST 90SP is equipped with two Cultiva Owner sharp tees of the appropriate size. The loop of the fittings for attaching the front tee is not made in a standard way, with a slight extension back due to the use of a tide to the body of the bait. High-quality fittings and elastic, durable winding rings complete the armament of the bait. The paint and varnish coating is made according to the most modern wobbler manufacturing standards.
Casting and animation: Thanks to the long-distance casting system, the DARTIST 90SP flies to the 35+ meter mark. The tests used a 7.6 foot fast action rod with 21g cast, a 3000 Shimano reel, and soft 8 strand #1.0 line.
The animation of DARTIST 90SP is typical for wobblers of this class. With uniform wiring, the wobbler has its own game with oscillations along the longitudinal axis of the bait. The stop-and-go method is also relevant for it, when after several turns of the reel the bait stops and hangs in the water column with residual vibrations fading during the pause. But the main method of animation of the DARTIST 90SP is, of course, twitching. During the jerk, it sharply turns 90+ degrees from the axis of the drive, while performing transverse oscillations (rolling) and showing its sides. With short, focused jerks, the wobbler can be “spinned” in a very limited space, with almost no forward movement of the bait. This is important when the bait needs to be kept in the “biting zone”. It is imperative to experiment with the strength and duration of jerks, selecting the bait delivery that is relevant at the moment. With such an interesting bait, every angler has the opportunity to reveal the subtleties and nuances of the DARTIST 90SP animation specifically for their fishing conditions.
Among the potential trophies of this wobbler will be, first of all, pike and large perch. Bycatch may include pike perch and asp.
When using a 20 cm leader from string No. 2, the DARTIST 90SP retains neutral buoyancy, and the quality of the wobbler animation does not suffer.
Tackle set: Rod 7.0-7.6 feet long, fast action, with test weight up to 18-25 g, reel 2500-3000 according to the Shimano line, smooth and soft cord # 0.8-1.2.
